Within each of us lives a “shadow” — the parts we often keep hidden, deny, or struggle to accept. In this circle, we’ll gently turn toward those places with compassion, curiosity, and courage. Together we will: 🌑 Explore what the shadow is and how it shows up in our lives 🌑 Use guided reflection and grounding practices to meet these parts of ourselves safely 🌑 Share in circle, breaking the silence around experiences we often carry alone 🌑 Cultivate self-acceptance and compassion as we integrate both light and dark This gathering is about creating a safe, supportive space to honor our wholeness. By bringing light to the shadow, we reclaim lost energy, deepen self-understanding, and step more fully into our authentic selves.
